Group Reservations

Group rentals are available for birthday parties, special gatherings, and corporate events.

These barns can be rented during one of our “party time blocks” of 10am-12 noon, 1-3pm or 4-6pm (in winter we close at 5pm, so you lose that last party timeslot). You also get a half hour before for setup and a half hour after for cleanup! You can also rent by the hour for a wedding or special event. Your barn rental also includes access for your guests to the admission area of the farm called The Family Playgrounds. This area is a $6.00 admission fee per person (age 2 and under free).

Events that require more time than a 3 hour time block or want to deviate away from our set party time blocks, require a minimum of a 4 hour rental, a contract, a $200.00 deposit that goes towards the entire payment, and a security deposit that will be returned upon returning the barn as found and vacating on time. The Red Shed

Braehead Farm offers a barn, namely “The Red Shed” for your birthday parties or special events. The Red Shed is a 1000 sqft rustic barn with AC/heat. It also has a full front covered area with picnic tables. The Red Shed is located within the Play-Grounds of the farm.

You have the option of renting half of the barn (500 sqft) with your own entrance, or the whole 1000 sqft barn. Half of the barn has table seating for approximately 40 guests and the whole barn has seating for approximately 80 people. There is additional outdoor seating under roof that can accommodate an additional 40 guests for a total of 120. This barn has a ramp that is wheelchair accessible. The Red Shed has a beautiful view of the farm and the Play-Grounds.

The Block Shed

The Block Shed is a three sided (front open) cinderblock pavilion with picnic tables that can be reserved. You have the option of renting half or the whole pavilion for your event. This area can seat up to approximately 40 people on each half and 80 people in the whole pavilion. There is a private yard for your guests, adjacent to the Play-Grounds and the Market. This private area gives an option of having your own private cookout or other special gathering.

You are welcome to bring your own food or we can provide food package options for you. See our page for the Braehead Farm Kitchen. We can offer a cookout with hamburgers and hotdogs or barbeque! Please let your guests know they are welcome to stay as long as they want in the Play-Grounds after your reserved “Red Shed” or “Block Shed” time is over. We have various picnic tables and benches throughout the playgrounds for our guests. We ask that at the end of your reserved time to be sure to take your party items with you and throw away your trash in the designated areas.
