To register for an event or a school group tour:

Contact Braehead Farm at 540-899-9848 and ask to speak to a party coordinator.  Not all party/school group coordinators are always available on Saturday and Sunday.  If you call on one of these days and the coordinator is not available, please leave a message with the staff and a coordinator will return your call.  Open daily from 9am-6pm.  Winter hours are 9am-5pm.

Barn rentals for parties:  You are reserved for your date and time once you make your required deposit with Braehead Farm.  You can do this over the phone or in person.

School group tours:  A deposit is not required.  Payment can be made the day of the tour, or mailed back in with our held receipt/invoice.
